Journey to Wholeness
As long as there are aspects of yourself that you have not yet accepted, you feel incomplete—as if something's missing but you're not sure what—and you try to fill the hole with such things as food or unneeded possessions. Or you keep yourself so busy that you don’t feel your feelings. Or you look for “the perfect partner” to complete you. Those substitutes work . . . until you can no longer fool yourself nor hide from your emotions.
You cannot become whole by filling your perceived holes with anything but the parts of yourself that you have denied or deemed not good enough. With Journey to Wholeness work, you will build a relationship with yourself based on compassion, respect, and unconditional acceptance—most likely, the way you would like others to treat you.
Who would benefit from this work?
This work is particularly effective for people who tend to be self-critical, feel unworthy, and/or keep trying to prove themselves or please others.
The Results
Most clients learn to make discerning life choices rather than continuing to fall victim to their own emotions or others' expectations. They often let go of the heaviness of fear and judgment to live lighter, more expansive lives. They feel more self-empowered, freer, and more comfortable with who they are.
